If you contact the campsite directly, you will receive the answer that you must contact the organization of the meeting. And that's where things go wrong. No one gets an answer! According to another source, the pitches are 6x6mr., that is a problem for larger campers. which makes me believe in the first setup.
In any case, the trailers containing the Goldwing MUST be parked in a parking lot nearby, but OUTSIDE the campsite. This is included in the registration price of the treffen.
But for the mobile homes, a one-off €30 extra administration fee must be paid, and then an extra €25 per day per person must be paid on top of the registration. This means that there is an extra charge of 180€ to attend the treffen. Probably there will be a extra charge fore dogs of about 15€.
Fortunately, the use of the toilets, showers and electrical connections are included in the price.

There is a campsite Dune nearby 2km where you can get a nice proper camping plot for a fair price. They do not take reservation for les than 7 days. So it is first come first served. But this is according to the girl at the reception no problem.

Mehrere GWEF-Mitglieder haben sich bei mir über Wohnmobile auf dem Italien-Treffen beschwert. Es ist nirgends etwas darüber zu finden, außer dass sie willkommen sind...!
Wenn Sie sich direkt an den Campingplatz wenden, erhalten Sie die Antwort, dass Sie sich an die Organisation des Treffens wenden müssen. Und das ist der Punkt, an dem alles schief läuft. Keiner bekommt eine Antwort! Da ich auch geplant hatte, nach Italien zu fahren, spreche ich aus Erfahrung. Auch keine Antwort auf die E-Mail, die ich gestern an den Verantwortlichen des Treffens (laut GWEF Philliphe) geschickt habe. Aus Frustration und mit einiger Mühe ist es mir gelungen, einige Informationen von italienischen Freunden zu erhalten.

Die Mobilheime werden auf einem gepflasterten Parkplatz aufgestellt. Laut einer Quelle ist jede Parzelle 4x6mr. groß, so dass keine Möglichkeit besteht, die Markise auszufahren und der Platz für Stühle und Tische begrenzt ist.
Einer anderen Quelle zufolge sind die Stellplätze 6x6mr. groß, was für größere Camper ein Problem darstellt. das lässt mich an die erste Variante glauben.
Auf jeden Fall MÜSSEN die Wohnwagen mit der Goldwing auf einem Parkplatz in der Nähe, aber AUSSERHALB des Campingplatzes geparkt werden. Dies ist im Preis für die Anmeldung zum Treffen inbegriffen.
Für die Wohnmobile ist jedoch eine einmalige Verwaltungsgebühr von 30 € zu entrichten, und zusätzlich zur Anmeldung müssen 25 € pro Tag und Person gezahlt werden. Das bedeutet, dass für die Teilnahme am Treffen ein Aufpreis von 180 € anfällt. Für Hunde wird wahrscheinlich eine zusätzliche Gebühr von etwa 15 € erhoben.
Glücklicherweise sind die Benutzung der Toiletten, Duschen und Stromanschlüsse im Preis inbegriffen.

In 2 km Entfernung gibt es einen Campingplatz Dune, auf dem man zu einem fairen Preis einen ordentlichen Stellplatz bekommen kann. Sie nehmen keine Reservierungen für weniger als 7 Tage an. Es gilt also: Wer zuerst kommt, mahlt zuerst. Aber das ist laut dem Mädchen an der Rezeption kein Problem.

Recommendation: Download it, fill it out directly on the screen, save it, print it out and simply bring it with you to the meeting. This saves a lot of work and prevents transmission errors.

Alle Inhalte unserer Webseite sind auf PC, Tablet und Mobiltelefon zu sehen. Die jeweiligen Anzeigen sind durch das Autorensystem automatisiert an die Bildschirmgrößen angepasst. Hierbei kommt es zu etwas unterschiedlichen Anordnungen der einzelnen Funktionen.
